October 2019 Highlights

Welcome to our next monthly release! Here’s a quick recap of our most recent improvements and what we plan to release next month. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback! 

Major Highlights

Editing details in Appointments

We understand that customers get busy and appointments can move around.

Now, you can easily edit the status or time of any appointment. Our calendar integrations also got a lot smarter so no appointment will slip through the cracks!

Set Your Task Priority and Status

Not all tasks are created equally. You can now change task status, rank tasks by priority, and house all of your appointments and tasks in one place.

Smart Lists™ progress bars

Part of our job is to help you know how you’re tracking against your goals.

That’s why we’ve created progress bars to give you a complete story on your activity in the app and how you’re progressing toward your objectives.

See unread messages from the Dashboard

When you’re messaging your customers, it’s super important to respond to them in a timely manner. From your customer’s perspective, a message left unread for even 5 minutes can seem like a lifetime!

Now, you can see all your unread messages directly from the Dashboard, so no customer is ever left hanging.

Chat Starters help button

We want to help you make a great first impression with customers. With this latest update, we’ve added a help button next to the Chat Starters to give you helpful tips on the dos and don’ts of texting your customers.


We can’t wait to show you all the awesome updates in our next release. As always, here’s a little sneak peek of what to expect:
